Drywall Contractor in San Diego

Drywall installation & finishing in San Diego

Bernal Builders, Inc. is a San Diego general contractor that performs drywall installation and finishing as part of its construction capabilities across San Diego County. We hold California CSLB License #1047688 with General Building and General Engineering classifications, and drywall is one of several confirmed trades we coordinate on a project.

Drywall sits between the structural build and the finishes. It follows framing and precedes paint, and on a remodel, ADU, new build, or commercial project it has to line up with the rest of the schedule. Because Bernal Builders performs framing and painting as well, drywall can be coordinated within the same project rather than handled by a separate contractor.

What drywall work may include

Depending on the project, Bernal Builders' drywall work may include drywall installation and drywall finishing, along with drywall for new construction, remodels, and additions. We do not claim specialty texture systems, soundproofing systems, fire-rated assemblies, specific drywall products, or manufacturer certifications — scope is reviewed per project.

Where drywall fits in our projects

Drywall can contribute to full-home remodeling, ADU development, new construction, and commercial construction. In each case, drywall is coordinated with framing, interior and exterior painting, and the other trades the project requires.
